Okay, which ones? The Comanches? The Sioux? The Shoshoni? These people have "so much respect" for a group of people they homogenize down to skin color. Of course, they would require them to acknowledge that the people they built up as "peace-loving and in tune with nature" actually went to war with each other for land and resources and killed entire herds of bison for a few pounds of meat because they didn't understand anything about animal husbandry.
