Depends, there's a tipping point that I don't think they're aware of with the general public
It goes from "this is terrible , the poor victims, we need to stop this from happening again!" to "Fuck'em! They deserve it!/Finally someone should've done this a long time ago!" and every new time each one is revealed as a pedo or they cover for them, that scale goes more into the latter..
Unironically, they’re really, really pushing for something like that to happen.
What comes after something like that occurs (if eventually it does)? God only knows…
