Not exactly. The Fabian Globalist alliance wanted all of Ukraine to be a giant embezzlement structure, and that was going to include Eastern Ukraine who wanted peace, but it looked like Zelinski had just done a heel turn against them and were looking to invade. Russia sensing the opportunity thought they could knock out both Zelinski, and a Ukranian army, to secure their borders.

There's a lot of people's faults at starting the war here, but the US is mostly in it for just corruption. The Globalist alliance also has a larger objective at destroying and subjugating Russia. China also benefits from the war because it weakens both players while only strengthening them.
