And yet they lose all court cases. Imagine a world in which they would not only censor, but the censorship would also be upheld in court.
Yes, in 5 years, the court will say that you shouldn't be expelled. That's the problem here. There is no justice, even when you are within the law. As such, it's not worth it to fight it most of the time. I get that Canada's worse, but the point is that a private school allows you to fucking leave and have competition.
If they could unilaterally do that, there's the problem. Although I am pretty sure that they could not legally bar the gym with the intent to stop a protest.
Of course they can't. It's completely unconstitutional. Now, who's gonna stop them? Nobody. That's the point. If these were private schools, parents could pull their kids out and go somewhere else, with the other schools finding ways to make the transition seemless. But because it's a public school, if the kids don't keep going to that school, the parents get fined or jailed.
And yet if it gets to the Supreme Court, I can guarantee you that it will be at least 7-2, possibly 9-0.
Yup, that's what happened with Biden's farm subsidy bill when he explicitly refused to send money to white farmers. Of course, by that time, the funds were already gone.
Which is another thing that needs to be stripped: ending government food control.
This was done by the Republicans and Clinton in the 1990s. I don't think it had anything to do with homeowners per se.
It did, that's why I said it.
But not with universal health care.
Well yeah, with Universal Health Care they would have barred his family members from getting treatment too.
Our system isn't exactly 'private'. It's Keynsian, or Corporatist. Private healthcare is barely even an option because it's strictly regulated to the point that it's so expensive that private insurance is barely an option.
That's why I don't have insurance ;)
Yes, I said I got covid, why?
I just ate some iron supplements, K3 & D3 supplements, took some mucinex, and stood out in the sun for a while. Also, kept my sinuses clear with Pace Picante Hot Sauce.
