This is way more serious than I thought. This guy must be desperate to feed his family with all this luggage he's stealing.

Has he started a GoFundMe? I know that federal employees at his level have to scrimp and save to make ends meet, what with how frugal our DC politicians are. Maybe we can help him and all of our other poor, underpaid federal administrators out.
