Kids are WAY smarter than a lot of adults, the only problem is kids don't have social awareness so can easily be corrupted and abused if they are not protected by guardians that put their wellbeing first.

They are well more adapt at questioning things and changing their mind, I remember watching Carl (Sargon) on a recent livestream talking about his daughter how she thought she was gay, didn't make an issue of it, waited a bit and answered any questions she had and few weeks went she wasn't gay as she liked a boy which his response was "well fuck, now I got to worry about boyfriends"

That's more awareness than a lot of adults currently.
