You're putting words in my mouth. I call him a subhuman because of his views regarding women and how his outlook, if adopted by the populace at large, would lead to the complete collapse of the human population. Part of being human is the drive to see the species (or at least one's own family line) propagated. A lack of that drive, or in his case an active aversion to it, marks him as fundamentally defective as a human being and lacking in the basic defining characteristics of what a human is, thus making him less than what we identify as human.
