They're paper pushers.
Superintendents wield a lot of power in the school system, idk what you're talking about
Doesn't change the fact that they aren't educators. They literally don't educate. They manage. What a dumb comment.
They set the tone, mission, and policies for every employee and student in their districts. Most are former educators themsleves who saw bigger money to be made in school administration.
