This is also why I got off the fence. There is no way to fix all this if people just stay in the middle. There's an old GamerGate supporter named ShortFatOtaku who prides himself in being a centrist fence sitter in the middle. And he always does the "both sides have its problems and therefore being in the center and 'nuanced' is the correct position" mentality.

It absolutely drives me nuts he doesn't get that staying in the middle means you are just riding the wave of the Overotn window being shoved to the left. It means you aren't contributing and that you are getting in the way.

The only way to stop this retardation is TO PUSH BACK - not just to gain back ground we lost but to go PAST that to move the window even further to the right to a time where a lot of this shit wasn't happening and creating a society and government that is RESISTANT to it.
