It started in Weimar Germany (but wasn't started by Germans, if you know what I mean). Germany did the right thing and chased that filth out of there, even burning a lot of their books. Unfortunately, America provided refuge for the Frankfurt school and other trash like Wilhelm Reich and Harry Benjamin. You're thinking of the postmodernists which came later. In present day, America is the biggest spreader of it, using its military and economic might to force LGBT ideology across the world.
