It is not an exact number, but the rate is near 0.
Wikipedia says 2-4%, but same diff.
Wikipedia is very biased on many topics, as I'm sure you are aware. One of those topics is circumcision.
Well in this case they're correct:
"Suomessa ympärileikataan lääketieteellisinä pidetyin perustein 2–4 % ja rituaalisista syistä 0,7 % pojista" (2010)
Which translates to
"In Finland, 2–4% of boys are circumcised for medical reasons and 0.7% for ritual reasons."
So actually 2.7%-4.7%. Unless there's been some mass die off of circumcised Finns in 10 years. Maybe they were all the old geezers.
