I'd say Ann Cairns, current EVP of Mastercard, is the worst. Not for her known deplatforming of porn sites, but for how much power she could actually have if you extrapolate. What if every deplatforming was actually to appease her so Mastercard didn't pull the plug? I could be way off, but it's one I've been thinking about for a while, especially considering she runs an ESG fund.
The best woman...that's an oxymoron, really. Jokes aside, in recent times, it has to be Betsy DeVos. She closed the campus courts and forced women to give men due process. It angered the NOW so much that they are now campaigning against it alongside about 70 other anti-male cults. She's probably a terrible person without Trump telling her what to do, but she has to have her credit for the current standing of Title IX, before Biden inevitably sells out our rights for more women's votes.
