Women and men are different, men love women, women only love themselves - see "women are wonderful" study. It was easy for women to go up the social and business ladders but once they get a majority they will keep the men down.
Case in point, as I mentioned before, my now previous employer had about 80% women managers on the branch I was in. Despite being almost entirely women it had programs that were women only to get more women in management. I was in an it department and we were mostly men, I once heard this lady manager talk to my manager about how ANY woman that comes to interview must be made an offer.
My point is that women will not make the same mistake as men did, they will solidify their position thru hatred of men.
