It's not a disaster, it's just work. The alternative is to throw them at the beasts. Besides, microschooling with a bunch of parents isn't as much individual work as you might think, nor does it have to be for free.
Parents could organize among themselves to create microschooling groups. Lazy parenting is at fault.
