Soooo, purely pedantic? If the "expert" had just said the kids were being manipulated rather than saying parental alienation was occuring, that would have been fine?
I also liked the bit about the expert not taking kids' feelings and wishes into account because they're unreliable, with the board saying they should always be considered; real groomer energy.
Maybe the boards experts shouldn't be allowed to testify?
