You insult them by implying they simply shop your head. These are dudes that analyze every crease of your shirt, cross referenced by dozens and dozens of photos of you, to make an incredibly accurate portrayal of the nipple underneath.

And then hundreds of greasy 4chan autists will beat off to it for years.
