Women are psychologically incapable of wielding power responsibly, and so are teenagers.

I work in a female dominated field, with two levels of female managers between me and the next man. Dealing with their lack of strategic thought is utterly infuriating. "Sure, these cost $6,000 each, but we bought it with GRANT MONEY!"
