This is a pretext to abolish legal land ownership and make everyone a serf.

Who has a "unique, unsevered and strong spiritual and cultural connection to the land"? The landed gentry, who were granted land by a King under God.

All of this "lived experience", "cultural connection, and "different ways of knowing" is simply a way to undermine objective law and make our countries into fiefdoms of the WEF.
