Brady spent nine seasons coaching for two CFL teams. He was a player in Canada for three teams. He was an offensive coordinator in the CFL. Brady, who is Black, was recently fired as the Colts' offensive coordinator.

Diversity hire from the Canadian football league which is where the rejects and problem players go gets fired (go figure).
Saturday then signed with Indianapolis Colts, with whom he played 13 seasons, won Super Bowl XLI over the Chicago Bears and was selected to four All-Pro teams and five Pro Bowls. In his final NFL season, he made his sixth Pro Bowl as a member of the Green Bay Packers.

Yeah these are totally comparable…
No coaching experience but a CV a mile long playing the game at highest level.
Totally unqualified.
