Anyone know if he was vaccinated?

It looks like he lost out on a role in the Broadway show, because he wasn't vaccinated. Though he could have always changed his mind later.

Interesting enough, none of the articels about his death mention the phrase "died suddenly."

Along with what you posted, it's safe to say he didn't have (or die from) the clot shot.
