As women often bring up, they are "underrepresented" in positions of power. It's not actually a 50/50 split.
It's an interesting trail to follow. Tesla is regarded as the leader in EV technology. If they could leverage this situation to weaken it, the likes of GM and Ford would be a lot more likely to do well.
