They never care about anti-semitism coming from their own side.

They do if it's the wrong type of antisemitism. You're allowed to support genocidal terrorist regimes, but you're not allowed to pull a Whoopi Goldberg and assume "You can't be racist against white people" is permission to include Jews in that statement.
