There is an argument to be made, that racism plays a part in this. Black people probably visit black doctors at a higher rate than the general population. The probability of a black doctor being a doctor because of racism (affirmative action etc.) and not actually being qualified is relatively high. Him lacking any meaningful qualification leads to bad outcomes for his clients. Ergo racism makes black people sick. Just not the racism they pretend to fight against but the racism they advocate for.
