Beats cereal any day.
We were lied to by the Dept. of Agriculture for decades. It is now clear that a high-fat, high-protein breakfast curbs the appetite far longer than a high-carb breakfast does and won't contribute to high blood sugar.
Eating once every 10-12 hours (no lunch) is optimal for me.
