I appreciate your answer. As a Christian I’m all for helping those in need but I just feel like no system is ever going to solve every issue. I guess an completely voluntarist or anarcho capitalist society that has small communities where everyone agrees to voluntarily support the community. But that’s idealistic too. Like I said I have relatives who seem to love the free stuff message but won’t life a finger to help themselves. Perhaps a better social safety net that helps those truly in need but also as a society stop rewarding bad behavior. But I’m just rambling. Thanks again for answering.
