I don't like pushing the Kanye is insane angle. He's always been a little-off like any high profile arts and entertainment kind of guy but not insane by any stretch. The guy says and does things that make a lot of sense. Accusing Jews of controlling much of the American Empire is something only an insane person would deny for example.
He has a long history of doing things far beyond even the "quirky" artists, and is regularly doing things that make no sense to anyone but his own warped logics.
That doesn't make him instantly wrong, only that there is a long history showing he isn't controllable and doesn't follow narratives at all no matter how they try to download them into him. He will do his own thing entirely, and won't be either based nor woke.
