Yes, because their crimes go unreported and those who record the data are pro-woman, meaning the definitions are deliberately skewed. Many countries can't have a female rapist due to legal definitions.

If you add "made to penetrate" stats from Europe to their rape total, remove countries in Africa and the ME, remove cases without evidence against men, it's easy to show that women are the majority of rapists. r/mensrights actually did it, women are 52% of rapists.
