The the fuck is hiring these monstrosities? Like who is sitting in a job interview with this thing and being like "this mentally ill perversion of nature would be ideal to take a leadership role in video game development!"?

be person in charge of hiring for enormous AAA video game
be compelled to diversify the staff
there are no women or trannies qualified to do the nitty gritty labor of programming
plenty of female and tranny applicants for team leads, project managers, narrative designers, and other assorted comfy and supervisory work
flood those roles with women and trannies in order to achieve representation across entire staff
your AAA game’s story and direction are now completely controlled by women and trannies
target audience still men
game fails, what happen?
