Very true. Too much implementation of google stuff on what could be non-google sites, and too little complaints to said sites about it. When possible (some really like to make it difficult) I like to point out to them that if they only use (google) WHATWG standards and no fallback W3C standards they're only complying with google monoculture monopoly and won't work for many people nor adhere to browser choice principles.

The problem is that blocking the reCaptcha doesn't solve the problem that without solving the captcha you're not moving forward on the website.
