Wasn't even a mod. The code was already in game (as the middle east has a small issue with gays) and you just had to change a variable.
Women have created literally hundreds, if not thousands, of pieces of media about killing men, backed by huge media budgets.
From anti-male propaganda like the Handmaid's Tale, to a literal example of a SCUM advocate running for office in American Horror Story.
I don't think women who hate men have any issues getting their murderous fantasies on screen.
