Current AI technology should not replace human coders. Machine learning has useful applications when you only give it a small number of levers with which to change the output, but give it a Turing-complete computer and I wouldn't trust it to create an efficient program that does what you want and doesn't do what you don't want, because it's not designing from first principles.
