Since there is nothing negative about the easter egg it is not TDS but just a normal easter egg.
However I do think Witcher 3 had some pozzed infection, mostly feminism. One was the blacksmith master that was a woman fighting in a mans world. That was not a bad idea and she was built as a blacksmith however they made this incredibly bad quest about her and the dwarf she hired to be the front, where she is matched against the dwarf, despite the dwarf being fully aware that she did all the smithing. It made no sense for the dwarf to accept the competition other then showing how the more capable female was being kept down by the patriarchy, despite later seeing that no one cares she is a woman.
Then it was the skilleage quest line with the brother and sister, the game so forced without reason the girl to be smarter then everyone, she even tells Geralt how to solve the quest, she is also stronger and faster then her brother. The brother gets everyone in his party killed by being stubborn and manly to a ridiculous level. Not to mention he drops the main reason for the quest, it was infuriating. Basically some fan fiction about toxic masculinity and women being better at everything.
If that was not enough the game puts a talent point that you can't get except if you follow her path. I guess the writers wanted an article how everyone likes the sister and how most players have chosen her.

All that work to make Cerys the clear favorite by running down the rest of an Craite was wasted, too. A good chunk of players would have sided with Cerys on the off chance Geralt would get to bang her.
I just hated how forced it was. They could have toned it down and it would have had the desired effect and be good writing. But they just had to go overboard with the message. I guess the writers were worried they were to subtle for the dumb audience so they had to beat you over the head. Funny because I think the writers in most modern media are bellow average IQ.
I blame this on the influx of western writers. Witcher 3 was a huge project and CDPR had to extend, I remember seeing some pictures with their "new hires", diverse as fuck. Is the only way I can explain it because the messages are mixed and the first part of the game and some quests were a totally different quality from the rest. It was like the difference between LOTR and ROP.
There was another quest were a dwarf tells a human he is racist.
The idea of racism exists but the term racist and the idea that racism is bad or offensive is a very modern concept that made no sense in a medieval world.
