Have to stoke more fear. I don't need all the other alerts that have parents freaked out afraid to let their kids have any independence because one in a million gets yanked by some random stranger never to be seen again. Or what the hell, silver alerts I get. Old people are allowed to go off on their own if they want.

Now we get black people are under attack alerts? Will everyone in Chicago just turn their phones off permanently?
