Same but late 30's here. I'd have to randomly meet a great woman, then date her for at least 3 years before even considering it. Some might argue that 3 years is too long, but if anything it's too short imo.
Women can hide their true nature for many, many years. It scares me to think about committing to a woman and bringing children into the world with her, knowing she could instantly flip her personality one day and fuck my life up. I'd be okay in the long run but she'd have the power to control our children and that's another factor.
That said, I've been in love before and I know how badly it clouds your judgement so it's possible I meet someone and that timeline shrinks significantly.

I live in a deep blue city and gave up on dating apps a few years ago. There's too much crazy to sift through.
And it's not that I'm looking for love. I just don't see myself having kids with someone I don't love.
