Weinstein isn't innocent. He just probably isn't guilty of what they imply that he is.

Being an icky guy who uses power to get sex = evil, disgusting, must be shunned from society.

Being an attractive young woman using sex to get access to what she wants = simultaneously empowering and a result of women's inherent victimhood and inability to truly consent ... to anything.
