They can't take gender dysphoria out of the DSM, because if it's not a medical condition, insurance won't cover its treatment.
So they keep it in as a Schrodinger's dysphoria, where it is simultaneously a perfectly normal, non-stigmatized condition, and an illness that requires treatment, so insurance will pay for young girls to get their healthy uteruses cut out, and the lifetime of drugs they will need to continue living their delusion.
Counter to this, I think they'll simply continue the legal hocus pocus they've been doing instead, where they conflate sex with orientation and preference, then claim that not covering them equates to discrimination.
