Democrats love to virtue signal. Their "$300 billion for burn pits" bill passed the House on a party line vote.

From 2007 to 2020, the VA denied 78% of disability claims by veterans that were alleged to have been caused by burn pits. This is because the claims were obviously bogus. What the Democrats did here is allow all veterans to just lie and claim "it wuz da burn pits" for any medical condition they will ever have the rest of their lives. So it's just socialist full health care with extra steps.
