Imagine a thing called a 'Restorative Justice Meeting' actually being real.
It's really fucking insidious. They market it as loving and tolerant, then they use it to brutally enforce the pecking order. Someone like this teacher would get burned at the stake but black career criminals are let off without so much as a slap on the wrist. Any teacher who's worked at a school with "restorative justice" will tell you that it just made the discipline problem worse but the admins don't care because it keeps the black/Hispanic suspension rate down.
