If you follow his arguments enough, despite thinking that most women are bad, he doesn't actually think they are "rotten by nature". That's a "tradcuck" point of view. He would say that women over all generations have chosen to be evil because they are evil but it's not nature it's a willful choice and if only we'd punish them they will stop.

We're all mammals, and instinct rules the roost.

I don't think he believes this. He seems to be of the Lockean "blank slate" mentality. All humans are equal and have the same capabilities and flaws. Women are only universally evil because we've allowed them to be so. But when he says women he doesn't mean all women. His mother was a saint.
