They can never define what it means for a black life to be worth something. What does that entail? Who is performing the valuation? At what cost? To whom?

If “valuing black lives” means turning a blind eye to violent and criminal behavior, then I refuse to “value black lives”. If “valuing black lives” means police can’t intervene when blacks steal or harm people, then I refuse to “value black lives”. If “valuing black lives” means elevating destructive life style choices, destroying all white cultures, dissolving the nuclear family, and adopting global communism, then I refuse to “value black lives”.
