Oh, I absolutely can admit that their culture has yuge problems. And part of the problem is no doubt caused by different genes.

But that is not the whole story. Problems tend to reproduce themselves. When you grow up in a shithole neighborhood with numerous shootings, terrible schools where race-based discipline allows bad behavior to rampant if done by blacks (so others cannot learn), it's far more likely that you will also fail.

This is not to deny personal responsibility. Many people flourish despite terrible circumstances, but fewer do. So it is to say that it's not all "these problems occur because blacks are stupid".
