They are suppose to treat everyone equal and do no harm, not fight colonialism and white supremacy.
It's way worse than this though, just using their words implies that actually fighting these things - when in reality they're recreating them.
They are very clearly recreating colonialism, and recreating racism. Telling people that people of a different race are fundamentally different and non-understandable by you, and that some of those people are responsible for everything bad that's ever happened to you, is specifically how racism goes.
They're not suppose to be reimplementing colonialism and medical racism.
