My guess on why no arrests, the demographic of those involved. An elderly Asian couple defending themselves from a drunk, I'm guessing just by name, youn Latin man does not help the leftist agendas plus risks the Koreans getting back on the rooftops if they try to make the couple acting in self defence the bad guys.
