Google is undoubtedly The biggest evil when it comes to Big Tech. Which is why we shouldn't be using/supporting it. That means no google search or front for it and no chromium browsers or firefox. I know it's hard, but it is doable.

For search there's Brave search and Mojeek. For browser there is Pale Moon.

Many unknowningly and unwittingly use google sadly. Like Brave browser, or Startpage. Research your own setup and dig a bit deeper.
