That is good, not bad.

First of all, the talents of good surgeons are not wasted on this sort of nonsense.

Secondly, the Mengelism of it all is not hidden under a less unpleasant appearance.

The greatest problem is not that bad things happen. Bad things always happen. When bad cloaks itself in good, that is a huge problem.

There were even surgeons who would put an air pump at the base of the penis to make erections possible and make the gross meat stick capable of fucking, and I heard reports that it worked.

Imagine getting an erection with... an air pump.

I'm not supporting any of this I say all of that to say this: If these peoples lives are anything more than a payout for these butchers wouldn't they do a better job?

What do you think all other surgeons, and all other professions are, except a payout? The difference is that this has been elevated to a regime sacrament, and as such cannot be criticized. So there is no way to complain for those who are butchered.
