Quite literally yes. I find that most concerning of all.
People there were calling for these men to go to jail, even though, even if the allegations were true, they would not have broken any laws…
And then when I (and others) pointed out the strange hypocrisy of all this - death threats…
This is, frankly, not how I expected the 21st century to go…
We’ve become so tribal, lately, that the rule of law seems to have been completely abandoned, never mind the presumption of innocence…
