Well yeah, they want to replace the 'successful' whites who are too hard to fully control without requiring constant demonisation and degradation with 'easier to control' 'POCs'.

Not realising that the only reason why they were easier to control was because things were good, now that you are ridding the system of those that created, maintained and upgraded it, they aren't going to take up the slack, they'll just take whatever they can no matter who gets hurt.

Meanwhile the whites (and probably Asians too) not indoctrinated to end their own family lines will nope out of the system, live more rurally and watch as the cities dissolve into hellpits.
