Rule 3 of the CoC^k states:

As a moderator, you cannot [...] enable members of your community to [interfere with or disrupt Reddit communities]. Interference includes:
Mentioning other communities, and/or content or users in those communities with the effect of inciting targeted harassment or abuse.

Ultimately, the mods there will go on to ban screenshot posts from other subs for their part.
So, there's a small peek at goings-on there. Not sure if u/AntonioofVenice might have further information, but we'll see if this tagging works.

It does.

I don't have much extra information. I do know that despite this being a recent addition to the "COC", it was enforced like that for a long time (at least for people they don't like).

HandOfBane, widely considered to be the most knowledgeable person on the matter, told me that screenshots of posts with visible usernames are not allowed. Same for pinging people, unless they're OK with it.

The stuff about not mentioning subs is new, though they did enforce it on TD and r-politics.
