Algerians and Afghans are not black. They may not look like swedes but they are not black.
I'm willing to bet that the mix of a swedish girl and an algerian is going to be white enough to not rise to many questions.
I'm not making a big point or anything but one of my neighbors is egyptian married to a white women, not nordic but very white. His kids are both white, one blond with green eyes the other brown hair and green/ blue eyes.
You can still tell they have a bit of exotic blood do to facial features and the blond one is a bit less white then the brown haired one but are all in the margin of error.
You could pass them off as Scandinavians.
