the shooter actually did the thug a favor. there are worse places that he could have been shot, like the spine, paralisis from gunshot down. or in the brain, not all shots there are fatal. if the aim is good and the shot is low volicty it can just scrape the top and not kill them immedatly leaving them a vegtable or just drooling in a corner watching vegitales this game wont stop until more players start drawing back nubs since law enforcement is toothless against em kudos to the shooter this person was clearly unhinged and likely to attack someone else or even follow them and attack again.
